New Jersey Farmstead Cheese wins Silver Medal in France

Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse, Milford NJ,  has been awarded a silver medal by the French farmhouse cheese association.  Their website is http://www.fromages-de-terroirs.com/index.php?lang=en

Bobolink’s Amram Cheese, a soft-ripened, 100% grassfed raw milk cheese, won second place at the recent Farm Cheese Awards sponsored by the Association Fromages de Terroirs de France, held recently in Lyon.

This is the third honor bestowed on Bobolink in recent months. In May of this year, Bobolink was recognized as New Jersey's Outstanding Food Artisan by the Garden State Culinary Arts Association, and they were honored as Local Heroes in the autumn 2017 edition of Edible Jersey magazine.

Founded by cheese maker Jonathan White and bread maker Nina White, Bobolink Dairy &  Bakehouse has been producing fine foods while healing the Earth since 2002. Their cheeses, wood-fired breads, pastured meats and charcuterie are available at their farm store, nationally via their web store, and at select regional farmers’ markets.
