Suggested programs:

"History of the co-evolution of humans, ruminants, and bacteria", 45, 60, or 90 minutes
"Cheesemaking, from the US Northeast to the Tibetan Plateau"- 45,60, or 90 minutes
Cheesemaking lecture/demonstration/tasting, 1.5-3 hours
Cheesemaking introduction and workshop (short day program, 5 hours plus lunch break)
Cheesemaking residency - three or four day workshop, 2-5 hours/day.
Cheesemaker's dinner -  narrative banquet with several cheese-based courses, wines and a guided tour of the cheese plate.
"At-home cheese tasting for twenty" 2 hour in-home event

General public, food-savvy public, food professionals, culinary students, university grad or undergrad students, elementary, middle or high school students, Special Ed and pre-school programs.
